Rounder Glutes in 3 Exercises - New Glute Workout

Hey Fitness Fam,

What's up folks? It's your boy Coach Ty back at you with another awesome workout video. Today, we've got something special for you – a killer glute workout with my good friend and personal trainer extraordinaire, Montana, here in Grand Cayman.

We're diving deep into three incredible exercises that will have your glutes firing on all cylinders. But before we jump in, make sure to hit that subscribe button and turn on notifications so you never miss one of our workouts.

Exercise #1: Feet Elevated Hip Thrust Our first exercise is the feet elevated hip thrust, designed to maximize that glute contraction. We're talking three sets of four to eight reps. Why? Because we want to cover all the bases and ensure you get the best results.

Montana will guide you through proper form, and I'll be here to push you to that sweet spot – about an eight or nine on the intensity scale. Remember, we don't want to train to failure; we want efficient, effective growth.

Exercise #2: Cable Glute Kickback Next up is the cable glute kickback, but we're doing it a bit differently this time. We're setting the cable anchor higher than usual to emphasize that stretched glute position. Again, we're aiming for three sets of eight to twelve reps. Get ready to feel the burn in those glutes!

Exercise #3: Clam Shell Our third movement, the clam shell, targets multiple aspects of your glutes, including hip extension and abduction. If you want those rounder looking glutes, this is the exercise for you. We'll be doing two sets of twelve to fifteen reps to give you the perfect balance.

Throughout the video, we'll focus on the intention of each move and guide you to fatigue, but never to failure. That's the key to consistent progress.

So, grab your mat, get ready to work, and let's sculpt those glutes! Watch the full video now: Click Here

And remember, consistency is the name of the game. Keep pushing, stay dedicated, and your results will follow.

Stay strong, Coach Ty & Montana
